Effective May 9, 2022, the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, will open its Clerk’s Office window from 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST. Face coverings in the Clerk’s Office will be required for all visitors regardless of vaccination status. Members of the public may also continue to use the drop box located on the 10th floor at 333 West Santa Clara Street, San Jose, California, next to the Clerk’s Office entrance.
