Law.com has Supreme Court Commission Sends Biden Analysis of Proposed Reforms, reporting that: "The final report makes no specific recommendations for change, but provides a comprehensive analysis of the pros and cons of proposed reforms."
The report, which notes there was “profound disagreement” among the members on some of the proposals, comes at a time when the public’s favorable opinion about the court has dropped significantly.
The Constitution Project at the Project on Government Oversight, a nonpartisan independent watchdog, described the commission’s final effort as “a milquetoast report.”
