5th DCA e-filing rule

The Fifth Appellate District has approved amendments to Local Rule 8, Electronic Filing. Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.1030, the rule will be printed in Advance Pamphlet No. 20, Issue Date August 12, 2021, and will become effective as of September 27, 2021.
