2021 Traynor Competition

The Traynor competition is a nationally recognized appellate moot court competition and has been in existence for over 50 years. Only judges and legal specialists are eligible to serve as oral argument judges at the annual event. 

The 2021 Traynor competition took place this past weekend, with ten teams (Davis, Empire, Golden Gate, Hastings, Loyola, McGeorge, Trinity, Berkeley, Univ. West LA, etc.). The program (listing the judges and other info) is here. Judges included PJ Perluss, LASC Judges Samuels and Weiner, and the final round was judged by APJ Lui, PJ Gilbert, and Justice Bendix. The final round was Loyola v. UWLA. And the winner was .... click here!

Congratulations to David Glassman and Miriam Billington who did so much make sure the Traynor would continue even via a remote competition.
