Appellate Specialists (still) wanted

The State Bar Department of Legal Specialization is looking for certified appellate specialists to help "pretest questions and provide feedback" on the draft of the next specialization exam. (Note that there no longer appears to be a Board of Legal Specialization {at least that specialists need to pay attention to} and there is no longer the attorney-volunteer group ALAC (Appellate Law Advisory Commission) that creates and grades the test. "Certification may be indicated by “Certified by The State Bar of California,” the logo of the certified specialization program, or both." [Rule 3.126.]) [Correction: The Board still exists, see here, but, unlike the old original rule, references to the certifying entity should be to the State Bar, not the Board.]
