- Judge Bridget Bade of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
- Paul Clement, former solicitor general
- Sen. Ted Cruz
- Noel Francisco, former solicitor general
- Amb. Christopher Landau
- Justice Carlos Muñiz of the Florida Supreme Court
- Judge Peter Phipps of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
- Judge Allison Jones Rushing of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit
- Judge James Ho of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
- Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
- Judge Gregory Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit
