9th Cir. buildings restrict access

Yesterday the 9th Circuit issued this building closure order:
 • Access to the James R. Browning (San Francisco), the William K. Nakamura (Seattle), the Pioneer (Portland) and the Richard H. Chambers (Pasadena) United States Courthouses is restricted to judges and court staff during non-court weeks. In the event any public court proceeding is held, it will be livestreamed.
 • Unrepresented litigants who cannot electronically file or email their pleadings, and attorneys who are required to submit paper copies of pleadings, are strongly encouraged to send them via U.S. Mail or other commercial delivery.
• Individuals delivering required paper filings, pleadings, and briefs to the Court in person must use the drop box inside the entrance to the Browning Courthouse at 95 7th Street in San Francisco between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days.
