Of note: The mediation time from notice of appeal to disposition has fallen to 117 months. The median time for panel decisions is 1.2 months from oral argument about 6 days for cases submitted on the briefs. The overall reversal rate was 9.9%, with a reversal rate of 12.4% for criminal cases, 16.1% for civil cases involving the federal government, and 12.8% for non-gov civil cases.
