The Recorder alerts us that Trump Renominates Six Californians for Federal Judge Spots
The 9th Circuit nominees are Daniel Bress of Kirkland, Daniel Collins of Munger, Tolles & Olson, and Kenneth Lee of Jenner & Block. The CD Cal nominees are LASC Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Milbank partner Mark Scarsi, and H&L appellate specialist Jeremy Rosen. AUSA Patrick Bumatay was nominated for SD Cal. See Law360 here.
