"Effective September 10, 2018, the Seventh
Circuit Court of Appeals will implement the Next Generation (NextGen) of Case
Management Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system."This is a week ahead of the 11th Circuit's announced date for upgrading. And the 5th Circuit hasn't yet set an actual date. So it remains to be seen who will win the award for "last federal appellate court to upgrade to NextGen e-filing."
