 LACBA Opposes Senate Bill 276 which
Seeks to Split the Ninth Circuit Court
The Los Angeles County Bar has sent a letter to
U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein from California in
opposition of Senate Bill 276 to split the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The letter, which
was drafted by LACBA’s Appellate Courts Section,
