It's often helpful in realty cases to see maps of the property, especially in easement cases. So 2/6 provides color photos and maps in this decision here. Considering how easy it is nowadays to insert graphics into documents, it's surprising it's not done more often. And, as Judge Milan Smith has taught us (here), a nice graphic can liven up a dissent.
