Here's info on Pepperdine School of Law's 2017 Law Review Symposium: The Supreme Court, Politics and Reform to be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM:

The 2017 Pepperdine University School of Law Law Review Symposium: The Supreme Court, Politics and Reform, examines the question whether the political deadlock over the Merrick Garland nomination provides a stark indication that the U.S. Supreme Court has become an unduly political institution and, if so, what internal and external reforms might address this problem.
