SAN DIEGO—Three thirty-minute public hearings have been scheduled by the Commission on Judicial Appointments for Thursday, February 9, 2017, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the courtroom of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division One, Symphony Towers, 750 B Street, Suite 300, San Diego, California, to consider the following appointments by Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr.:
