9th Circuit Rule Changes, effective July 1, 2016

July 1, 2016, the Court will adopt amendments to Circuit Rule 22-3, Applications for Authorization to File Second or Successive Petitions or Motions and the accompanying note; Circuit Rule 27-10, Motions for Reconsideration; Circuit Rule 32-2, Request to Exceed Page or Volume Limits and the accompanying note; and Circuit Rule 39-1.9, Referral to Appellate Commissioner.  Forms 8 and 12 have also been amended.  Circuit Rule 28-4, Extensions of Time and Enlargements of Size and Form 7 have been abrogated.  Click here to see the changes.
