We all know that you need to tread cautiously in rehearing petitions, right? Well, maybe not all of us... Calling the justices "Grandads of Anarchy"? No, not smart. How about this:
“feeble-minded, nincompoops,” “corrupt, pathetic, low-life scum of human refuse,” and “three crusty, old corrupt codgers…whose only present benefit is a resounding argument for the institution of a mandatory retirement age for Justices of the Appellate Divisions.” Definitely asking for trouble...
