Posner on fixing the system

In his latest Greenbag article -- What Is Obviously Wrong With the Federal Judiciary, Yet Eminently Curable (Part I) -- he outlines what's wrong with trials and appeals to intermediate courts. Yes, it's obviously worth reading!
