LA Lawyer magazine's March issue + April KFF

March2016coverThe latest issue of LA Lawyer is here, and includes an interesting article on The Implications of Ghostwriting in State and Federal Courts (at pp. 11-14) and an article titled Appealing Before Trial: In family law litigation, developing a pendente lite strategy that considers an appeal can serve the client's interest (at pp. 30-35).
