GMSR SF + CLAY awards for GMSR & H&L

Appellate Boutique Opens San Francisco Office: Today's DJ reports that appellate boutique Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland is opening its first office outside of Los Angeles by expanding into San Francisco. Laurie Hepler (formerly head of the appellate group at Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, which merged into Squire Patton Boggs this year) will lead the office.
And speaking of GMSR, the firm won a CLAY award for its win in the Supreme Court in Estate of Duke. See DJ insert CLAY Awards: Appellate Practice: Demonstrating that one can reform any legal document shown to constitute a mistake. On the topic of appellate CLAY awards, see also, Knocking down a barrier to the courthouse, about H&L's Jeremy Rosen and the Pepperdine 9th Circuit Appellate Clinic's win in Escobedo v. Applebee's, 787 F.3d 1226 (9th Cir. 2015).
