2/1 is "currently testing" a tweak to its oral argument notice form -- including a line that reads "Although it is possible that the panel will change, the following justices are presently assigned to hear the case:"This is something that the appellate bar has asked to have for years. Most other appellate courts release the identity of panel members before argument, so this is a step toward a more uniform practice, and is much appreciated!
