Happy First Monday.
Today's DJ features Justice Gilbert's column, titled "I may be wrong, but..." in which he admits he might have been violating federal copyright law ... by singing Happy Birthday. But "Whew!" he's safe now, given that the lyrics have been found to be in the public domain. This serves as his philosophical springboard to ponder whether his past conduct was wrongful.
