2d DCA pro tem update + CRF Honors Justice Perren

The following are currently sitting on assignment  in the Second District:

• Judge Carl H. Moor of the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division One until October 31, 2015
• Judge Ann I. Jones of the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Three until October 31, 2015.
• Judge Richard H. Kirschner of the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Five until November 30, 2015.
• Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff from the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Seven until December 11, 2015.
• Judge Sam Ohta of the Los Angeles Superior Court, will be sitting Pro-Tem in Division Eight until October 31, 2015

Last Tuesday, Justice Breyer spoke at UCLA in the first of a series of programs called Conversations with the Dean: Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer speaks at UCLA Law.

Last Thursday, the Constitutional Rights Foundation held its annual James A. Cobey Honors Reception in downtown LA, where Justice Steven Perren was named Advocate of the Year for decades of service to CRF. Justice Gilbert entertained the crowd with his heartfelt introduction of Justice Perren.
