Celebrate National Library Week (April 12-18, 2015)

Yes, National Law Day is coming, and the LA Law Library will be offering a full "Law Week" of FREE seminars and entertainment from April 27 to May 2 (For more information or to register for any of the events please click here). But before we get there, don't overlook that this is National Library Week:
"First sponsored in 1958, National Library Week is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries across the country each April. It is a time to celebrate the contributions of our nation's libraries and librarians and to promote library use and support. All types of libraries - school, public, academic and special - participate."

Today's Recorder offers this article When the Best Case Goes Unpublished, which offers some very questionable advice. In California and the 9th Circuit, the rules prohibiting citation to unpublished opinions are pretty well established.
