New for 2015 - A Judicial Council Stipulation form!

Have you ever filed a stipulated extension of time for briefing in the California Court of Appeal? Of course you have! Who hasn't?!? But haven't you always wondered why there was no Judicial Council form for this most common of all filing? Well, as of Jan. 1, 2015, such a form exists. Please meet APP-012, approved for optional use, here. (And the usual civil brief eot application, form APP-006, was tweaked here.)
