PJ Gilbert: "The Devil Made Me Do It"

That's the title of this month's DJ column from 2/6's PJ Gilbert, musing about how lawyers and judges are like waiters (aka servers). He concludes with a bit about Justice Scalia's "legalistic argle-bargle" line in his Windsor dissent, noting: "That is pretty strong language. I objurgate such an expression. It sounds so brummagem. Sorry, I don't know why I said that. The devil made me do it."
