New 9th Circuit Fees & Webcasting of en bancs

The Ninth Circuit will now webcast its en banc arguments, starting next week. Details here (and here).
On December 1, 2013, amendments became effective to the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure; Form 4; and the Court of Appeals Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.
FRAP, Form 4, and the Fee Schedule have been updated on this court's website to reflect the changes .
