Today's DJ profiles Justice Mallano, with a theme of comprehensiveness: i.e., sometimes he does "more work than necessary"! As PJ, he holds oral advocates to their time. One practitioner (from out of state) noted that Justice Mallano was active at oral argument and "he ripped me to shreds."
