Feeling Lucky? When does postjudgment interest start?

When does interest start to run on fees or cost awards made after judgment?
Do you get to backdate the trigger time to the date of the judgment?
According to Lucky United v. Lee, issued today, the answer is "no."
Instead, "interest on awards of fees and costs incurred postjudgment starts to accrue on the date of entry of the awards themselves."
