Appellate Lawyers make the 2013 CLAY list

California Lawyer magazine has released its 2013 list of lawyers receiving the Calfornia Lawyer Attorneys of the Year (CLAY) award and several familiar appellate names appear:
First, OC Lawyer Donna Bader (who blogs at An Appeal to Reason) for her work in the "pet" case of Plotnik v. Meihaus.
Second, Laurie Hepler, who chairs the appellate group at CBM, for her big products liability win in the California Supreme Court last year.
 
And Rex Heinke, co-head of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice at Akin Gump, for work on something called Brinker...
