The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies presents its 2013 Annual Western Chapters Conference at the Presidential Learning Center of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library on Saturday, Jan. 26, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The program includes:
1- a debate on same-sex marriage between Chapman Law School's John Eastman and attorney Gibson Dunn's Ted Boutrous.
2- a program moderated by 9th Cir. Judge Carlos Bea titled “Are Vouchers and Charter Schools Viable Alternatives to Public Schools?” and
3- a program moderated by C.D. Cal. Judge Andrew Guilford titled “Recent Lawsuits Challenging Tenure and Pure-Seniority Based Layoffs.”
Horvitz & Levy's Jeremy Rosen, a Federalist Society stalwart, will also be participating.
