Importantly, the three Districts of the Fourth Division no longer have their own websites. You'll have to go to the "overarching" Fourth District website. Then, for each option -- i.e., justices, filing info, calendars, etc. -- you'll have to click on the appropriate tab for District One, District Two, and District Three.
With the new website, the Fourth District is also encouraging lawyers to send electronic copies of the briefs as a courtesy, in addition to the required paper copies. E-briefs will "assist[] the Court and parties to process cases more efficiently and assist in the implementation of electronic filing."
