Now that the holiday season is behind us, it's time to continue providing a resource for the Southern California appellate lawyer.  I'll keep you updated on local appellate bar groups, new appellate procedure cases, and happenings in the California appellate courts.

There will be special emphasis on the OCBA Appellate Law section and the 4/3.  But I'll also cover interesting appellate developments from LA and the 2nd District, San Diego and the 4/1, Riverside and the 4/3, and from around the state.
