Passing the Time Before Confirmation

The Senate Judiciary Committee has postponed consideration of Elena Kagan's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court until next week.

In the meantime, you may want to pick up one of the new U.S. Supreme Court biographies.  You have a choice between "Justice Brennan: Liberal Champion," by Seth Stern and Stephen Wermiel, or "Sonia Sotomayor: The True American Dream," by Antonia Felix.  

Or if you're in no hurry, you can wait for Justice Sotomayor's forthcoming autobiography.
