Someone who may also be a little behind-the-times would be myself, at least technologically speaking. 

I THINK I’ve set up a site feeder that will let you subscribe to this blog through Atom or RSS or what-have-you.  Click on one of the “Subscribe” orange-box thingies on the right sidebar or at the bottom of the page and see what happens.  Maybe something bad, maybe something good.  I don’t know.
