Which journals should you target? Maybe not the biggies, whose paid subscriptions are way down, as the NY Law Journal reports (free reg req'd). Only 2,000 folks pay for hard copies of the Harvard Law Review or Yale Law Journal -- and fewer and fewer subscribers are practicing lawyers.
