Governor Schwarzenegger has appointed LA Superior Court Judge Elizabeth A. Grimes to be the next associate justice on the 2/8.
Before taking the bench in 1998, Judge Grimes was a partner at Gibson Dunn. She graduated from Stanford Law School and the University of Texas at Austin.
