Appealing From Stipulated Judgments

Think carefully before stipulating to a judgment to facilitate a quick appeal.

A stipulated judgment may be appealable . . . but without a trial, the appellant may unable to show prejudice from the rulings that led to the stipulation.  So held the 4/2.
