The 2010 Bench and Bar Conference, sponsored by the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, is coming up on Saturday, Jan. 23, at the Santa Barbara Mission, 8:30 AM - 4 PM.
Presiding Justice Arthur Gilbert of the Court of Appeal, Second Division, Division Six, will speak at a judges' forum. Also, Tim Metzinger and Herb Fox will discuss recent changes in California law expanding the right to judicial review of arbitration awards.
