Welcome, take two

This blog sat unused for far too long. I think I set the bar too high with the initial, broad scope. I'll try to narrow the focus.

I'm going to offer the blog as a meeting ground for the appellate sections and committees of the local bar associations. I'll also post news about the Second and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. And I'll keep my eye out for articles or news of interest to local appellate lawyers, like Ben Shatz's interesting DJ column last week (see below).

I'll need your help. If you've got anything you'd like to publicize to the Southern California appellate community, just let me know.
