Having unpacked my last box from the recent 4/3 move, I was finally able to find the Daily Journals and read a terrific article by Gary Watt and Teresa Li on filing timely notices of appeal. The article ends with a great quote from the 4/3's PJ, Justice Sills, that will touch the heart of all appellate lawyers -- "'Appellate work is most assuredly not the recycling of trial level points and authorities.'"
