Public Counsel's Appellate Clinic for Self-Represented Litigants in the Ronald Reagan State Building in Los Angeles will be temporarily closed from April 17, 2026, until further notice. No telephone or in-person appointments will be scheduled during this time. However, while the clinic is closed, you can still access helpful legal resources and information online. The Public Counsel remains committed to serving the community and will resume services as soon as possible.
