Currey (Ret.), who brings more than 40 years of legal and judicial experience to the panel. -- As the former Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Four, Justice Currey is known for his legal expertise, fairness, and thoughtful approach to dispute resolution. His distinguished judicial career also includes serving as a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge, where he gained a stellar reputation among plaintiffs’ and defense counsel alike. Recognized with the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Outstanding Jurist Award in 2024, Justice Currey is respected for his balanced decision-making, leadership in judicial education, and commitment to neutrality.
