Bop bags and "cleaned up" cites

Judge Ikuta's dissenting opinion here today (which the majority says uses "colorful language") starts off like this: "Like a classic clown bop bag, no matter how many times California is smacked down for violating the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), the state bounces back with even more creative methods to sidestep the FAA."

The majority and dissenting opinions are also noteworthy for using a lot of "cleaned up" citations. So that's something all sides can agree on!
