here's an unpub from the 5th today with a Discussion section that starts off with a 3-part Part I titled "Threshold Issues" about 5 pages long. The three threshold issues are appealability of the order, standing to appeal and aggrieved party status, and forfeiture of the right to appeal! Appellate catnip if ever there were such a thing!
