Oral arguments to be live-streamed

The Supremes and the 5th District have been live-streaming oral arguments for a while now.
Fourth District Division 1 (San Diego) started to do so recently, and Division 3 (Orange County) will start on Feb. 19.
Division 2 (Riverside) is scheduled to start next month.
