4th DCA APJ in DJ Today
Today's DJ profiles Justice Judith McConnell, Administrative Presiding Justice of the 4th District. The 4th DCA has 25 justices, and is second in filings behind the 2d, with about 40% civil, 40% criminal, and 20% dependency. To equalize workloads among the three divisions, about 500 cases were transferred from 4/2 to 4/1 and 4/3.
