More sad news: Sandy Svetcov, RIP
Even though he was NoCal-based, Sandy's appellate influence extended throughout the state and nation. He was definitely the "Dean" of Ninth Circuit practice and his SoCal appellate friends join Chief Judge Kozinski and others in mourning his passing.
