Mandatory TrueFiling begins in 4th DCA Div. 1 on April 11

Effective April 4, 2016, a new Local Rule 5has been adopted in conjunction with the implementation of e-filing in the Fourth District; the new local rule will replace existing Local Rule 5 on April 4, 2016.  Pursuant to Division One's Miscellaneous Order #031516, mandatory e-filing under the new Local Rule will take effect on April 11, 2016, although parties may utilize e-filing on a voluntary basis beginning on April 4, 2016.  New Local Rule 5 will take effect in Divisions Two and Three after the issuance of authorizing miscellaneous orders by those courts.
